Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through mediation, wherein a neutral third-party mediator will facilitate communication between the parties to reach a mutually agreeable solution. Mediation is a voluntary process, and the mediator does not have the authority to impose a decision.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a jury trial.
